Our 90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every Healyn product. If it did not deliver noticeable results for you after a full and consistent 90-day trial, we will issue a refund. This is a performance-based guarantee designed to ensure only genuine, committed users qualify.

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following must be submitted by email to Healynstore@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery:

  1. Your full order number (must match the original purchase exactly).
  2. Clear, dated photographic evidence of the remaining product (at least 70% of the original contents must remain visible in the unopened or partially used container(s), with the label clearly shown). This must demonstrate consistent use and not bulk disposal.
  3. Before and After photos:
    • High-resolution "Before" photo taken within 7 days of delivery.
    • High-resolution "After" photo taken on or after day 75 of use (minimum 75 days apart).
    • Photos must clearly show the specific issue being addressed (e.g., skin condition, energy levels, digestion, hair/skin quality, inflammation, or other concern that brought you to Healyn).
    • Same lighting, angle, and background preferred for fair comparison. Include a dated newspaper, phone timestamp, or similar verifiable date reference in both photos.
  4. Detailed daily usage log (minimum 75 days of entries):
    • Record approximate dates and times of use.
    • Dosage/amount taken each day.
    • Any missed doses with specific reasons.
    • Notes on diet, routine, or other factors that could influence results.
    • Example format: "May 1–31: Full recommended dose daily with morning meal. Skipped May 12 (travel). June 1–30: Consistent daily use."
  5. Specific description of results (minimum 150 words):
    • What you expected to see based on product claims.
    • What you actually experienced (or did not experience).
    • Any changes (positive, negative, or none) in the targeted symptoms.
    • Why you believe the product failed despite consistent use.

Our team manually reviews every request with strict verification. Refunds are approved only if documentation clearly proves consistent daily use for at least 75 of the 90 days and shows no meaningful improvement in the documented condition. Incomplete, vague, or suspicious submissions will be denied.

  • One refund per household/address.
  • First-time purchases only (no repeat orders).
  • You must keep the remaining product (no return required unless specifically requested for verification).
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes Healyn products are natural supplements. Results typically build gradually and are strongest for customers who complete the full 90-day period with consistent use, proper diet, and lifestyle support.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, clarification, or proof of usage during the review process to verify eligibility and prevent abuse.
