Our 60-Day Guarantee

We stand behind everything that leaves our hands. If a Healyn product didn't work for you or your dog after giving it a real chance, we'll refund you.

To be eligible, all of the following are required:

Email (Healynstore@gmail.com) within 60 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of your remaining product — shows you actually used it consistently
  3. A before photo and an after photo — taken at least 30 days apart, showing the concern you were trying to address. For pets this could be coat condition, scratching, or pest exposure. For humans this could be skin, energy, digestion, or whatever brought you to Healyn.
  4. A brief usage log — approximate dates you used the product and how consistently. A simple note like "took daily from May 1 to June 3, skipped 3 days" is fine.
  5. A description of what didn't work — what you expected vs. what you actually experienced

Our team reviews every request manually. If your documentation shows consistent use for 30+ days with no improvement, we'll approve your refund — no further questions.

One refund per household. First-time purchases only.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You keep the product.

Healyn products are natural supplements. Results build over time. Customers who complete the full 30-day loading phase consistently report the strongest results.

Because Healyn products are supplements, all refund and return requests are reviewed under strict supplement industry, safety, and FDA-related compliance standards. Additional documentation may be requested during the review process to verify proper product usage and eligibility.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after final review and/or receipt of approved returned items.
